Give an introduction to normal breast structures: normal breast tissue and stroma composed by real, real, including mammary duct system and lobular interstitial fibrous connective tissue, including smooth muscle, fat, blood vessels and lymph nodes and so on. Each breast has 15 to 20 leaves, around the nipple was the wheel radially. These leaves are smaller leaves, called lobules. The end of each lobule are tiny “pot”, which can produce milk. These structures are called mammary duct by a small catheter connected to the milk delivered to the nipple. Breast cancer, according to the size and spread of tumor were divided into 0 ~ 4. The following is the definition of phases of breast cancer:
Early or stage 0 breast cancer: tumor confined to one means, there is no relevant examinations to prove their spread to lymph nodes. (Ie, carcinoma in situ)
1 Breast Cancer: Aikuai ≦ 2cm, has not spread.
2A stage breast cancer: mean mass <2cm, with lymph node infiltration or tumor> 2cm but ≦ 5cm, no lymph node infiltration.
2B stage breast cancer: mean tumor> 5cm, cancerous mass has not yet infiltrated to the axillary lymph nodes or tumor> 2cm but ≦ 5cm, with lymph node infiltration.
Higher stage breast cancer (metastasis) is cancerous tumor has spread to lymph nodes and other parts of the body.
3A breast cancer: Also known as high-stage breast cancer refers to tumor> 5cm, cancerous mass has been infiltrated to the axillary lymph nodes, or regardless of how much lump, cancerous tumor has spread to another organization or neighboring tissue.
3B breast cancer: that no matter how much mass has been the invasion and metastasis to the skin, chest wall or internal mammary lymph nodes (limited to under the breast and in the chest inside).
3C breast cancer: that no matter how much mass has been a wide range of infiltration into the lymph node invasion.
4 breast cancer: is defined as whether the size of tumor, has been the invasion and metastasis to the breast away from the site, such as the lungs, liver, brain or distant lymph nodes.
