Mucinous
Common in postmenopausal women, older, slower tumor growth, metastasis night.
Pathology: tumor large, clear boundaries, shape irregular, jelly-like cut surface; microscope, interstitial rich mucus, cells divided into island, a small vacuoles within the cytoplasm, the nuclear small and round, split less deeply stained, often biased towards one side.
X-ray findings:
1 a non-calcified mass with the most common, other features are: tumor large, state-ching, in the glands edge, or showed a small lobulated, a few blurred edges, infiltration and high density.
2 calcification rare
3 the limitations of dense shadow
Medullary carcinoma
Good hair young people, large tumor, often in the 4-6cm, the more ranks deep central breast, spherical nodular right, border-ching, soft, common bleeding and necrosis.
Pathology: cancer cells were large in size, shape varies, showing expansive growth, abundant cytoplasm and nucleus vacuolar, nuclear fission more common, less lymph node metastasis.
X-ray findings:
1 more common breast deep non-circular mass with calcification;
2 a small mass was lobulated, invasive edge;
3 mass showed equal gland density;
